Announcement of official operation of visa application center

As the Visa Application Center officially operates from Tuesday, August 29, 2023, all visa applicants must visit the Visa Application Center. Details are as follows:
□ Introduction to Visa Application Center
○ Location and contact information

○ Business days and hours
- Business days: Same as the embassy business days, and regular announcements regarding business days will be made.
- Business hours: 09:00~17:00
○ Fee: 900 pesos
□ Visa application
○ Applications for all types of visas can be made at the Visa Application Center.
- Exceptionally, if you are a diplomatic or official passport holder or have very urgent humanitarian reasons, you can apply directly at the embassy.
○ The issuance date may vary depending on the daily volume of applications.
- The expected issuance date will be announced at any time.
- Visa applicants should visit the Visa Application Center to receive their passport after receiving the screening completion SMS.
□ Recommendations
○ In the early stages of official operation, application demand may be concentrated, resulting in very crowded areas and long waiting times. If you have room in your schedule, please avoid the first week of official operation.
○ Since there are many applicants in the morning, those looking for a passport can use it more comfortably if they visit in the afternoon.
