Are you fully vaccinated?

You can now use your Vaccination card as your passport to travel within the Philippines!

The national Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) has allowed fully vaccinated individuals to travel around the Philippines without having to present a negative test result.

This was announced by Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque in a press conference on July 4, 2021.

Under IATF Resolution No. 124-B:

✅ Fully vaccinated persons are allowed to present a domestic vaccination card or certificate of quarantine completion as a sufficient requirement for interzonal travel instead of a negative test result.

✅ Fully vaccinated Senior Citizens are allowed to travel intrazonal or under GCQ and MGCQ areas.

❗ Fully vaccinated individuals who are close contacts of probable and confirmed COVID-19 cases, they may undergo a shortened seven (7)-day quarantine period, provided that the individual remains asymptomatic for the duration of the seven-day period with the first day being the date immediately after the last exposure.

📌 Provided that vaccination cards must be duly signed and issued by a legitimate vaccinating establishment or LGU.

NOTE: The national IATF resolution considers persons as fully vaccinated two weeks after having received their final doses of any vaccine given emergency use authorization by the Philippines' Food and Drug Administration and the World Health Organization.

📌Ang Saliva RT-PCR test results ay tinatanggap na sa mga sumusunod na 2GO destinations: Bacolod City, Negros Province, Caticlan, Coron, Iligan, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan Province, Roxas at Zamboanga.

📌Ang test ay dapat administered lamang ng Philippine Red Cross at testing laboratories na approved at accredited ng Food and Drug Administration (FDA) at Department of Health (DOH). Sa kasalukuyan ito ay nagkakahalaga ng Php 2,000 at ito ay mas mura sa RT-PCR swab test.

UPDATED TEMPORARY ENTRY RESTRICTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS AT MACTAN-CEBU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

With reference to the clarification on temporary entry restrictions issued by the National Task Force (NTF) through Memorandum Circular No. 6, s. 2021 on March 18, 2021, only passengers under the following classifications shall be ALLOWED entry into the country via Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA) during the restricted period starting 00:01 of March 22, 2021 until 23:59 of April 21, 2021:

a. All Filipino citizens, regardless if OFW or non-OFW
b. Holders of 9(E) or 47(A)(2) visas
c. Medical repatriation and their escort/s duly endorsed by the Department of Foreign Affairs-Office of the Undersecretary for Migrant Workers Affairs (DFA-OUMWA) or the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA)
d. Foreign seafarers under the “Green Lanes” program with 9(C) crew list visa
e. Foreign spouses and children of Filipino citizens travelling with them and holds a valid entry visa
f. Emergency, humanitarian, and other analogous cases approved by the NTF COVID-19 and holds a valid visa

All other foreign nationals shall be PROHIBITED from entering the country via MCIA during the restricted period.

All arriving passengers are advised to strictly comply with the arrival protocols and adherence to the minimum public health standards. The well-being of passengers and staff remains MCIA’s topmost priority in this continuing global battle against COVID-19.
