To our valued clients, partners, suppliers, and the general public,

This is to formally inform all concerned parties that Ms. Feldiza Labenia Pinangay is no longer connected with nor authorized to represent our organization in any capacity, effective July 2026.

It has recently come to our attention that Ms. Pinangay has been involved in activities outside the scope of our management that are inconsistent with the standards, values, and ethical principles we uphold. While we confirm that no such activities were conducted through Leiss Do it Events or involving any of our clients, we maintain a strict policy of zero tolerance for conduct that compromise our reputation. Accordingly, her engagement with our team has been terminated.

For the avoidance of doubt, freelance coordinators are only encouraged to send out brochures for promotion but since 2021, all transactions and payments are all officially dealt by the owners. We have not given Ms. Pinangay any authority to enter into any transaction, agreement, negotiation, or representation on behalf of our organization.

Any actions such as collection, representations, or commitments purportedly made in our name are unauthorized, invalid, and shall not be recognized or binding upon our organization.

All clients, partners, and suppliers are hereby advised to transact exclusively with our duly authorized representatives through our official communication channels. Should you receive any communication or encounter any transaction claiming affiliation with our organization through unauthorized persons, we encourage you to report the matter to us immediately.

We issue this statement in the interest of transparency and to safeguard the trust and confidence of our stakeholders. We remain committed to upholding the standards of a trusted service provider.
