Viring's Heritage Cuisine traces its humble beginnings at the Gonzales family wherein food is always the core of showing dearly affections within the family. The Gonzales family household is known to relatives and friends as a house that is always accommodating and food is their medium of showing love. Viring's Heritage Cuisine Catering, known as nenita's back then started in 2000 as a home-based food business that supplies food products in companies and schools around Olongapo City and at the same time accepted food orders from relatives, friends and private institutions. Afterwards, in 2005 has been offered to provide meals for a subcontractor company in Hanjin phils. providing 3 meals a day for 100-150 persons. The success of Nenita's continued and flourished for years through word of mouth and in 2014 renamed as Viring's Heritage Cuisine Catering and taken over by Her son Chef Roland Rivera who trained in Europe as a professional chef together with His wife Chariza Rivera who is in charge of running the operations. Since then, through word of mouth advertising, our services grew dramatically, serving a wide variety of dishes specializing in international cuisine particularly in mediterranean cuisine, while championing local dishes that compliment good quality services. Today we have catered numerous occasions, from private gatherings to grand events of more than 1000 persons. We were also able establish a good name in Zambales events industry as a pioneer in modernizing services and creative menus hence gaining the trust from high profile clients and celebrities.
