We apologized for the inconvenience but we are sorry to inform everyone that the event was postponed and will be moved on a further month or dates due to unforseeable events.

For those who wish to refund, we will be giving back your money back by batches. Hence, if you do not confirm your cancellation, we will consider that you would like to push through with the next event date. Possible changes in venue may occur but still it will be held within Fairview Terraces premises.

Again, we are very sorry and do not wish that this incident happens. We hope for your utmost understanding.

For the international guest the Heartopia event will push thru in different venue and for tomorrow's schedule for Kael we will update on his schedule tonight. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.

The Pinoy Otaku Festival Event Team, after careful consideration and research of the expected weather conditions on the weekend of the event on September 4-6, has 𝗗𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗢 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗔 𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘. The target date is either November 6-8 or December 4-6, pending the clearance of the new date from Robinsons Novaliches.

* 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗞𝗘𝗧𝗦 𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗗 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗗!
* 𝗢𝗧𝗔𝗞𝗨 𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗗𝗦 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗕𝗘 𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗗𝗘𝗗 𝗗𝗨𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗢𝗙, 𝗡𝗢 𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗩𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗕𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗗𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗕𝗘 𝗙𝗔𝗜𝗥 𝗧𝗢 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬𝗢𝗡𝗘

We have considered the following as part of the references:
1. Forecast until Sunday - https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSV3S1SPK/
2. DOST PAGASA Rainfall Forecast - https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=1542270294611285&set=pcb.1542273354610979
3. DOST PAGASA Storm Forecast - https://www.facebook.com/PAGASA.DOST.GOV.PH/posts/pfbid0366UYyH67u5ghAdCZdxxikvS13q3YFZtzydkvxhh9pWruij63UDoBKWBhjqUwEb39l?rdid=nJxWcFtjZG6Uzdga #

Considering the above and the following considerations, we decided to reschedule:
1. Safety and health concerns for all event goers, considering Regalado Ave. tends to be impassable during extreme rain, and other areas tend to be flooded.
2. Merchants may not be able to sell well due to limitations on the number of attendees due to possible non-attendance due to the weather.
3. Our own staff has already been affected by the recent floods, and this new situation may further aggravate the current dilemma.

This is an unfortunate event, and rescheduling is better than continuing.

Thank you, and hoping for your kind understanding.
