I want to share this unforgettable experience we had yesterday.

A year ago, Ma’am messaged me to inquire about coordination and hosting. Since the wedding was still far off, I wasn’t too worried and told her, β€œSige po Ma’am, pero ang maibibigay ko pa lang na package ay pang-2024.”

Fast forward β€” she would often chat with me about the wedding, and I’d always try my best to respond. We had only two meetings, both online.

First impression?
β€œParang sobrang detailed ni Ma’am… sana magawa ko lahat ng request niya. Nakakatakot, ang dami ata ng ipapagawa niya, ang daming demand ni bride!” πŸ˜…
But as our meetings went on, I realized: β€œWow, ang dami nga!” Bride was so hands-on, very DIY. And I know kapag DIY si bride, she really knows the ins and outs. So as coordinator β€” bawal magkamali!

The Wedding Day

First time namin nag-meet in person, and it felt like matagal ko na siyang kakilala! Nakakatuwa kasi every time I’d ask, she’d answer in detail, may explanation pa β€” bakit ganito, bakit ganyan. Never siya nagreklamo sa lahat ng pinagawa namin sa kanya. Even the guests β€” super friendly, walang ma-attitude! πŸ˜…βœŒοΈ

It felt so good seeing my team so motivated because they could see how happy our client was.

The beach wedding was beautiful β€” smooth, fast, and organized. We delivered exactly what our bride wanted: a short, simple, yet fun reception program. Ang sarap pakinggan when guests approached to say β€œcongrats” and commend our team and all the suppliers. No hassle, everything fell into place!

Before we left, the couple even gave a gift and a tip β€” a sign that they appreciated us (char! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜…).
And di pa tapos ang reception, sila na mismo ang nagyaya magpapicture with me β€” wahaha πŸ₯°πŸ˜β€οΈ

Reflections

After hours of travel and a full day’s work, the last words I heard were:
β€œSuper thank you, Ms. Sandra.” ❀️❀️❀️
Ang sarap sa puso!

I’ve learned so much in this industry. I’ve met so many people β€” some who teach you good lessons through mistakes, some who leave a mark because of the challenges, but more who treat you with respect and kindness. Because at the end of the day, everyone deserves to be treated well.

So, thank you Ms. Thonet and Sir Lester β€” and to all the couples who make us feel our worth as your partners on your .
