Looking back, I was never truly comfortable with recognition.

I began my career surrounded by people who were already 10, 12, even 15 years ahead of me. I looked up to the likes of Analyn Bayani Calderon of One fine Day Events, Rob Castro & Ram Pi of Mobes Events, Berlyn Yap and many others.

They kept me grounded. If anyone deserved to be recognized, it was them.

I’ve always considered my fellow coordinators as friends, because we all know how difficult this path is. And every time I saw a fellow coor, it always felt like home.

It always felt like being among friends, people who truly understand our journey, our heartaches, and our triumphs. So to be included in this list again and again warms my heart. Because I know, deep down, that as coordinators, we do not compete directly.

As I often tell my clients, what we offer isn’t just a service, it’s a part of us. A piece of our personality, our upbringing, our beliefs. A reflection of who we are.

And that makes each of us entirely unique🤍

So to be recognized, not just for our work, but for who we are as people means so much more.

It was such a joy to spend time with the wonderful ladies of Vivere 🤍Ma’am Jes Sy Assistant Director of Events and my dear baby girl Tina Berroya - Gerodias Event Executive of Vivere Hotel.

Over the past few months, I’ve been quietly working on something special, an idea sparked by the heartfelt requests of our partner venues and now slowly unfolding into something real.

This project is more than just a plan, it’s a promise. A promise not just for me and the BigREDbag team, but also for the trusted and talented suppliers who are part of our CCP of BRB.

It’s a collaboration built on shared values, mutual respect, and a deep love for what we do in this industry.
