Starting the BER months with a shared post about a venue that has quietly become very close to my heart.
Some venues become familiar because of the number of events we do there. But there are rare ones that begin to feel like home, not simply because of the place itself, but because of its people, the trust you build with them, and the sense of security they give not only to us as coordinators, but also to our suppliers, our clients, and every guest we bring through their doors.
That is what Windsong Tagaytay has become to me.
I first discovered this place because of one of my couples. I came there simply to do my job, but from the moment I experienced the venue, something told me I would keep coming back.
At first, people spoke to me about what made Windsong different. But more than what I was told, it was what I personally witnessed that stayed with me.
I saw how seriously they value safety in every event, deploying safety officers who continuously move around the venue, checking areas and assisting guests whenever needed. I have personally had conversations with their team about our setups and special effects, discussing how we could execute our vision while making sure that everyone remained safe.
For someone who carries the responsibility of an entire event, that kind of security means more than people realize.
And as the days, events, and seasons passed, that appreciation grew into genuine respect and affection for the people behind Windsong, especially Sir Johnny the Events Manager and Ma’am Jen the Marketing Communications Director, whose hands-on leadership I deeply admire.
They remind me that hospitality is not measured simply by how many events you can accommodate, but by how well you take care of every event entrusted to you.
Quality over quantity.
Safety before spectacle.
Service with genuine care.
Perhaps that is why I connected with them so deeply. Their values mirror what I have always wanted for BigREDbag: to create beautiful celebrations without ever losing sight of the people we are creating them for.
And now, as we enter the BER months of 2026, I look forward to the events, collaborations, and projects ahead with even greater excitement, knowing that behind every beautiful celebration is a team that places quality, responsibility, and safety at the heart of what they do.
I am proud and blessed to be part of Windsong’s journey, and I look forward to creating many more sparkling celebrations together.
