Reflecting on the success of last Tuesday, April 7, at the Room 602 Bar Room. While the rebranding of Lumiere Events marked a major milestone for BSHM 3-205, the true highlight was the opportunity to practice the heart of our craft: hospitality.

We were deeply honored to welcome our fellow students from BSHM 3-203 alongside our distinguished VIP guests. Better late than never! Looking back at our preparation day last Tuesday, April 7, at Room 602, the atmosphere was filled with a mix of nerves and excitement. The BSHM 3-205 class worked tirelessly, documenting the journey from days of intensive planning to the high-stakes event day preparations.

Whether it was the precision required in the kitchen to perfect our menu or the meticulous setup in the Bar Room area, every second counted. These shots offer a glimpse into the sweat, coordination, and teamwork that paved the way for our official rebranding ribbon cutting: Lumiere Events: The Grand Unveiling.

Rebranding a catering company requires more than just a name change it requires a shared vision and a commitment to quality. Long before the lights turned on and the program began, there were moments no one saw chairs being arranged, scripts being revised, nerves being calmed, and hearts quietly hoping everything would fall into place.
