The mom wanted to have real teddy bears as part of the centerpieces, and which were given away to guests at the end of the party. We didn't want to use just one kind of teddy bear and it was a good thing we found a handful of these similar-sized but different looking bears to use for her party. We heard afterwards that bears we're a huge hit. :)

Standing a little over 15inches, this 6inch diameter white and gold castle awaits to grace the top of a debutante's cake. Made with board tubes wrapped in a lace pattern print with punched paper borders.

When we designed their invites, we also designed their wedding monogram, so it was only fitting to include it in their wedding decor.

Shown here: 26in x 38in frame made out of thick board, painted in navy blue and punched with holes all around to loop the abaca twine which held the 16in x 28in monogram poster. The background pattern was actually from the invites as well, but color overlaid to change it from marigold yellow to blue.

The quest for finding French Victorian-looking frames led us to buy several black and brown finished frames, which we then sanded down and spray painted with matte white paint. The images, found online, had to be tweaked a bit on Photoshop to achieve the look and color that we wanted.
