We are seeking a dedicated and professional Wedding Event Associate to join our team in delivering exceptional wedding experiences at our venue and reception services.

Qualifications:
• Highly dependable, hardworking, and results-driven
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
• Proactive with strong initiative and able to work with minimal supervision
• Professional, respectful, and maintains a warm and gracious demeanor
• Confident, not shy, and comfortable engaging with guests and coordinating with suppliers
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure event environment
• Flexible and willing to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required
• Eager to learn, adapt, and grow within the events industry
• Prior experience in events, hospitality, or weddings is an advantage but not required
• No gender requirement. LGBTQIA+ applicants are welcome in a safe and inclusive workplace.
