Meet with the couple to determine their vision for their wedding day and to ensure their desires are met.
Unlimited consultation by the couple through phone, FB and email.
Offer emotional support to the couple throughout the process and on the big day.
Information/Assistance on church and Civil Registrar requirements and Marriage License.
Prepare checklists.
Prepare/Customize detailed timeline of your wedding day including your Suppliers’ schedule.
Recommend Suppliers (decorator/florist, photo/video, cake, couturier, souvenirs, host, etc.) with their prices within the budget and sample work.
Meet and contract with Suppliers to provide services.
Coordinate with Suppliers and other on-site services to ensure that they are on tract to deliver goods and service on time.
Ocular inspection of church and reception venue.
Ceremony planning, processional and placement.
Prepare the wedding reception program and other necessary wedding details for couple’s approval.
Monitor the entire event to ensure everything goes smoothly.
