We are looking for real estate salespersons who help clients buy, sell, or rent properties. They work under the supervision of a licensed real estate broker and act as intermediaries between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants. Their primary goal is to facilitate real estate transactions while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Property Listing and Marketing:
• List properties for sale or rent and market them using various platforms.
• Create attractive presentations, including photos, videos, and descriptions.
• Client Representation:
• Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants in negotiations.
• Help clients identify their needs and find properties that match.
• Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research to determine property values and trends.
• Advise clients on pricing strategies based on market conditions.
• Negotiation and Documentation:
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions on behalf of clients.
• Assist with preparing and reviewing contracts, disclosures, and other legal documents.
• Showings and Open Houses:
• Organize and conduct property showings and open houses.
• Provide tours and answer potential buyers' or renters' questions.
• Networking:
• Build relationships with clients, other real estate professionals, and service providers (e.g., inspectors, and mortgage brokers).
Qualifications:
• Willing to be trained to be licensed to operate, typically completing pre-licensing education, and weekly seminars and training from developers and the company.
• Completed 72 Credits from Tertiary Education or at least a 2nd Year College Student.
• Willing to refine communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to acquire knowledge of local real estate markets, laws, and practices.
• Solid Sales and Marketing experience is an excellent advantage.
• Must be self-motivated to endure daily activities.
• Must be Goal and Result-Oriented.
