A LITTLE SOMETHING TO PONDER WHEN PLANNING YOUR NEXT CELEBRATION. 🎈💭
When we post a balloon setup—or send you a sample design for inspiration—it doesn't necessarily mean that the exact same arrangement will be the best fit for your event.
At LeePong Balloons, every design is customized and intentional.
When I personally work on a design, I consider much more than just the inspiration photo.
*The celebrant's preferences
What do they actually like? What colors, themes, characters, or styles represent them?
*The venue space
How big is the area? Where are the walls, doors, tables, stage, windows, and other existing elements?
*The purpose of the design
Who do you want to impress—the celebrant, the family, the guests? Or perhaps you want a beautiful focal point where everyone can take photos?
*The overall theme and aesthetic
How will the balloons complement the backdrop, cake table, props, signage, furniture, and the rest of the celebration?
*The event schedule
Time of ingress and egress matters. We consider how much time we have for installation and when everything needs to be cleared.
*Scale and proportion
A design that looks beautiful in a spacious venue may feel too overwhelming in a smaller room—and vice versa.
*Colors and lighting
We consider not only your chosen colors, but also the venue, backdrop, lighting, and the overall mood you want to create.
*Photography and viewing angles 📸
Where will people take photos? What will appear in the background? Where should the focal point be?
*Budget and practicality
We find ways to achieve the desired look while keeping the design appropriate and practical for your budget.
*Venue limitations and installation requirements
Not every venue allows the same mounting methods, structures, or installation techniques. The design has to work not only aesthetically, but practically and safely.
*And most importantly—the story behind the celebration. ❤️
So when we ask questions about your event, venue, schedule, preferences, and expectations, we're not just being makulit. 😅

An inspiration photo is a starting point, not always the final blueprint.
You may love a particular design—and absolutely, we can take inspiration from it. But we'll also look at how we can make it work beautifully for YOU, your space, your celebration, and your story.
