The SEARCH for
LAKAN AT MUTYA NG SAN ISIDRO 2022
Qualifications are:
1. Must be a resident of Barangay San Isidro, Cabuyao City.
2. 17-24 years of age
3. NO HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS
4. Must be single or never been married:
In addition, applicants who are or have been engage in the following work or activity are disqualified to be a candidate for Lakan and Mutya ng San Isidro 2022:
a. Prostitution or any form thereof.
b. Participation in “X-rated” or “bold” exhibitions in different media platforms.
c. Model, host, Hostess and/or Guest Relations Officer in establishments generally known or reputed to be “night clubs” / bar and “girlie” joints.
5. With pleasing personality and good moral character.
Applicants must secure the following requirements:
1. Application Form (Available at Sangguniang Kabataan ng San Isidro Office or you may
contact the organizer or the Sk for the said requirement.)
2. Photocopy of birth certificate
3. Certification from Barangay or Candidates voters id or the parents voters id.
4. Any size of close-up and whole body picture.
• All applicants must undergo screening by the Lakan and Mutya ng San Isidro 2022 Committee to become an official candidate of the pageant. Title holder in any City or National pageant are not allowed to join the beauty contest.
SCREENING DATE is on April 10 and 17 , SUNDAY 2:00 pm to 6: 00 pm. @ Sangguniang Kabataan Office at the back of Brgy. San Isidro Church, Cabuyao, City.
6. Wear WHITE top and jeans and light make up. (Please. follow the safety health protocol during the screening. )
