Great news, friends! We are re-opening tomorrow (Monday). By popular demand, we have re-formulated our dough recipe and cooking process for a fluffier, softer dough. We still have our thin, crispy crust pizza for those who prefer a thin, cripsy crust. In addition, we are making our own home-made cheese to bring you the best pizza in town, with the freshest ingredients, at the best prices.

We use heavily insulated bags which we fill with even more insulation to ensure that when we deliver your pizza it is still hot and fresh.

For now we make limited pizza around 8 to 10 in a day because we have a baby. Our dough needs hours to prepare and we give it time to rest to develop its flavor before we roll it out. For bulk orders please order a day or two ahead of time.
