To all our customers with pending and delayed made-to-order costumes, we sincerely apologize for the long wait and, most especially, for our lack of communication over the past few months.
We understand your frustration, disappointment, and loss of trust. We know that you placed your trust in us when you made your payment and provided your measurements, and we are truly sorry that we were unable to give you the updates and service you deserved.
Due to unexpected personal and business circumstances, we became overwhelmed and fell behind in managing pending orders.
We sincerely apologize for not communicating this properly with our customers.
We are now taking steps toward improved order management, order tracking, and communication so we can properly backtrack and work on all pending orders.
If you have a pending made-to-order costume, please send us a private message with:
• Your name
• Reference photo/design
• Measurements, if available
• Proof of payment
• Previous conversation/order details, if available
This will help us verify your order and make sure no pending order is missed.
We are still the same Cosplay Costume Maker established in 2012, and we are committed to improving the way we manage your orders and communicate with our customers.
