NGCI celebrates its 7th anniversary
From the funds of Edwin Araneta and Julius Hermoso of founding DWNS (NNR) and Nacional Freepress in 2005 to the acquisition of several independent networks and the foundation of NGCI in 2006 to the merger of NNR/TVCorp and EBS into MediaPinas in 2007 to the full migration to Facebook and the EBS/MediaPinas split in 2010 to the involvement of Philippine Union in 2011 to expand services and the selloff of MediaPinas's music FM networks to a joint-management company in 2012 to the expansion of EBS in Singapore and Southeast Asia and joining the funds for public broadcasters today.
The Nacional Group of Companies is celebrating 7 years of mock multimedia broadcasting, mock print publishing, mock outdoor advertising and mock concerts/events organizer. Araneta plans to establish a new socio-civic foundation (entitled The Nacional Foundation) in cooperation with the Public Broadcast Group and local NGOs to help for the sake of our Filipinos during disaster calamities.
