Itโs not selfish to protect your energy ...
itโs essential.
The only way you can be the best version of yourself for the people in your life is to make sure you take care of yourself mentally, emotionally, spiritually & physically ... and sometimes that means taking a break to recharge your batteries.
So, if youโre feeling like you have low energy today - or throughout this week - take the time you need to rest and recover.
Go for a walk in nature,
have some good food at PAD.
take a detox bath,
do some exercise,
spend time with someone you love,
read a good book, or even watch a film that brings smile to your face.
Do whatever you need to get yourself where you need to be energy wise.
And, when youโre doing this I want you to leave the guilt at the door and remember ...
Itโs not selfish to take care of yourself, itโs essential.
