🚨 WE'RE HIRING: Event Coordinator (Hybrid)
Hatched PH is looking for an Event Coordinator to be the owner's right hand in managing events, activations, and productions.
Work Setup
* Hybrid (Remote + On-site during event days)
* No daily office reporting required
* Must be available via call and chat during working hours
* Preparation starts Mid August
* Events will be on September, October, November, & December
Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience in events, production, or advertising
* Knowledgeable in the events industry with a reliable network of suppliers is a plus
* Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
* Has a positive work attitude
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Must own a laptop and have a stable internet connection
* Willing to work on-site during events, including weekends or extended hours when needed
