Lubos ang aming dalamhati sa pagpanaw ni Mayor Jose O. Padrid, isang tunay na haligi ng aming samahan, isang lider na may pusong busilak, at isang mapagmahal na ama ng Casa Padrid at Ceciliaโ€™s Kitchen.

Hindi lamang siya naging gabay sa pamumuno, kundi isang ilaw na nagbigay direksyon at pag-asa sa napakaraming buhay. Sa bawat desisyon, dama ang kanyang malasakit; sa bawat kilos, nangingibabaw ang kanyang kabutihang-loob. Ang kanyang puso ay laging bukas para sa kapwa, lalo na sa mga higit na nangangailangan.
