CONGRATS, DUMA NURSING SCHOOLS! 🎉

JUST IN (UPDATED): All four Dumaguete universities recorded an achievement on Friday, Nov. 29, 2024, after they logged a passing rate of 100 percent in the November 2024 Nurse Licensure Examination.

According to the Professional Regulation Commission, takers from St. Paul University Dumaguete (SPUD), Silliman University (SU), Negros Oriental State University (NORSU), and Foundation University (FU) all passed the said examination. SPUD produced 136 new nurses, followed by SU with 83, NORSU with 68, and FU with 34.

PRC also listed SPUD, SU, and NORSU among the Philippines' top performing schools in the exam.

An SU graduate, Czar Hannah Beliña, also landed in the list of top passers, placing ninth with a rating of 90.80.
