- coordinate guests' seating arrangent and venue layout with the caterer/ venue manager and client
- manning of the registration table/area
- provides timeline for on the day iteneraries and avoid delay
- a bridal assistant to assist the bride for preparations before the ceremony
- church coordinators to assist processional flow, ceremony program, distribution of misalletes, and flowers for the entourage
- reception coordinators to assist guests to their respective seats
- will gather all the materials before and after the ceremony
