A Wedding Woven with Love, Family, and Nature’s Magic

Some weddings are special, and then there are weddings like this—where love isn’t just between two people but shared by an entire family.

This one was truly close to our hearts. Our bride, the sister of our 2023 bride, reached out to us for On-the-Day Coordination, knowing exactly what she wanted—a raw, intimate wedding surrounded by the beauty of Alapo Adventure Camp. With the help of her incredibly supportive siblings and cousins, everything came together beautifully.

The night before, the rain poured, and we considered renting a tent. But we held onto faith, trusting that the Lord would grant the couple’s heart’s desire. And He did. The skies cleared just in time, blessing us with perfect weather until the after-party. Everything flowed seamlessly, filled with love, laughter, and nature’s magic.

To our dear bride and her family—thank you for trusting us. Seeing your family come together so beautifully was a reminder that weddings aren’t just about the couple but about love that extends to family, friends, and everyone who makes it all possible.

This wedding was originally planned for March this year, but due to some family concerns and considerations, the couple decided to move it ahead of schedule. Everything happened in a blur—we got word early in the week, and by the weekend, the wedding was happening. Plans changed not only in timing but also in location, shifting from Baguio to La Union.

Despite the sudden changes, everyone came together beautifully. The bride's cousins and family worked to assist with booking a venue and coordinating other needs in La Union. To minimize costs, some suppliers were booked locally.

It was a week of quick reorganizations, adjusted timelines, and logistical tweaks—but it all came together.

On the day itself, we traveled from Baguio with last-minute purchases in hand. Thanks to our trusted stylist, BB Wedding and Events, we had the bouquet and corsage ready. Once we arrived, it was straight to a quick ocular inspection, layout planning, and setup. The day flew by, but with the cooperation of our dedicated suppliers and a team that worked seamlessly, we managed to execute the couple’s vision.

It was an intimate celebration with the closest friends and family, and as the bride said in her vows, “It wasn’t the wedding we originally planned for, but it was perfect.” Though there were no LED walls or an SDE, the memories captured will forever play in the hearts of those who were there. It was a wedding that felt divinely redirected, a reminder that it’s not always about our plans but about what truly matters—love.

We met Eric and Jasmine at the Baguio Ever After Bridal Fair in September 2024, where they decided to avail of our semi-coordination services. Despite their busy schedules, we worked closely to assist them, coordinating their pre-wedding shoot three weeks prior and finalizing every detail as much as possible. On their big day, we were blessed with perfect weather, creating the ideal atmosphere for their charming spring-themed wedding reception.

It was a joy to see so many familiar faces among the guests and entourage, including our former bride and groom clients, who were now guests. Jasmine was even a guest at Daniel and Hannah's wedding too! What a lovely celebration among close friends and family, highlighted by the couple’s adorable little one, Leon—our junior groom and energetic ring bearer, who kept the energy high until the end of the program.♥️
