We first met them at last year’s Baguio Ever After Bridal Fair, and even then, there was something quietly special about the two of them. The way they’d pause to consider each other’s thoughts, exchange small glances, and celebrate even the simplest wins—checking off one item at a time—told us everything about their kind of love.

What we appreciated most was how intentional they were. Every choice, every detail was thoughtfully curated—true to who they are, not just what’s expected.

Their wedding day followed the same spirit. No frills, no unnecessary extras—just real, candid moments. Separate preparations, a reception they confidently hosted on their own, and a program that was simple and straight to the point… because at the end of the day, they just wanted to celebrate and enjoy.

And they did—fully.

We’re especially grateful for their kindness to our team. Working with genuinely warm-hearted clients like them makes it easy to give our best, and even more meaningful to be part of their story.

We first met at last year's Baguio Ever After bridal fair, then we reconnected months later. And from then on, even with OTD coordination, it already felt like we were part of the journey—sharing info, ideas, and little bits of guidance along the way.

An intimate celebration of just 16 pax—immediate family and a few cousins.💓

But earlier in the day came a brief moment that had everyone holding their breath—rain.
With both ceremony and reception planned outdoors, we all held our breath 😬 But Kev & Ai chose to keep the faith… and we held on with them.🤞

Right on cue, it cleared 40 minutes before the ceremony.
And from there—everything just flowed.
Clear skies, beautiful weather, and an evening that gave them even more time to enjoy a low-key after party filled with drinks, laughs, and the best kind of company.

You’d think it would be quiet, simple, just a nice dinner for 16 people… but no.
Full program. Full energy. 💯

The games? Let’s just say… may nadapa, may nahulog (yes, pati glasses 😅), and some scraped knees (?)—but even more laughter. The kind that fills the whole room.
And in between all that fun—were the moments that truly stayed.
Happy tears. Sweet words. Genuine love.
So simple, yet so full. So unique. So them.

Kev & Ai, thank you for trusting us with such a meaningful milestone. From “just inquiring” to this beautiful celebration—we’re so glad to have been part of it.

We know that in this industry, there are moments when suppliers find themselves having to explain why meals are part of the conversation—and we understand where those concerns come from.

On the other hand, there are also clients who are incredibly generous in ways that go far beyond what is ever required.

On our end, we’ve been fortunate to experience the latter more often than not.

From thoughtfully provided supplier meals, to little “survival kits,” snack bars, and thank-you tokens… even pasalubong during meetings.
And beyond that, clients who make every effort to find space for us—to sit, to rest even briefly, or simply to have a place for our things.
And sometimes, those who warmly invite us to be part of the celebration—encouraging us to sit in, to share a table, to feel included.

Truthfully, none of these are required. We know they come with added cost and intention, and we never take that lightly.

Our work, our effort, our commitment—these remain the same, with or without them. But when they are given, they remind us that what we do is seen, valued, and appreciated.

And that kind of kindness? It stays with us long after the event ends.
