💡 Wedding Guest Reminder #5: Don’t Take It Personally If You Weren’t Invited
(From our “Don’t Be That Guest” series)

Guest lists are never easy to finalize. There are always constraints—venue capacity, budget limits, or the kind of experience the couple wants. If you didn’t get an invite, it’s not about exclusion. It’s about practical choices. Celebrate from a distance, send love, and remember: your relationship is bigger than one day.
Grace over grievance. Always. ✨

💡 Wedding Guest Reminder #4: Don’t Eat and Run—Be Fully Present
(From our “Don’t Be That Guest” series)

Another little reminder that hit home with many.

The couple isn’t just inviting you to lunch or dinner—they’re inviting you into a memory. Your laughter during the program, your cheers during the toasts, your presence on the dance floor—those are the moments that matter. If you’re saying yes to the invite, say yes to the entire celebration—not just the meal. If you can’t commit to staying and celebrating with the couple, it’s okay to gracefully decline. But if you say yes, reserve the day, be present, and help make it meaningful—beyond the buffet. 🍽️
Stay, celebrate, and make memories with the couple who chose you.❤️

Cairo and Yani
26 January 2025

This wedding was originally planned for March this year, but due to some family concerns and considerations, the couple decided to move it ahead of schedule. Everything happened in a blur—we got word early in the week, and by the weekend, the wedding was happening. Plans changed not only in timing but also in location, shifting from Baguio to La Union.

Despite the sudden changes, everyone came together beautifully. The bride's cousins and family worked to assist with booking a venue and coordinating other needs in La Union. To minimize costs, some suppliers were booked locally.

It was a week of quick reorganizations, adjusted timelines, and logistical tweaks—but it all came together.

On the day itself, we traveled from Baguio with last-minute purchases in hand. Thanks to our trusted stylist, BB Wedding and Events, we had the bouquet and corsage ready. Once we arrived, it was straight to a quick ocular inspection, layout planning, and setup. The day flew by, but with the cooperation of our dedicated suppliers and a team that worked seamlessly, we managed to execute the couple’s vision.

It was an intimate celebration with the closest friends and family, and as the bride said in her vows, “It wasn’t the wedding we originally planned for, but it was perfect.” Though there were no LED walls or an SDE, the memories captured will forever play in the hearts of those who were there. It was a wedding that felt divinely redirected, a reminder that it’s not always about our plans but about what truly matters—love.

Kudos to the wonderful suppliers who made this possible:
• Eimaj Events Planning and Coordination Services: Semi/OTD coordinator
• Mark Dixon: Hair and makeup
• BB Wedding and Events Styling: Bridal bouquet and corsage
• El Garahe Studios: Photography
• Reinforcement Lights and Sounds
• Music of the Heart: Ceremony music
• Paul Anicoche: Host
• Memento Snaps and Clicks: Videography
• DreamWorks Styling: Ceremony and reception decor
• Sister of the Bride: Wedding cake

We are incredibly grateful to all the suppliers who understood the sudden changes and helped make this day as beautiful as it was. It truly takes a village, and this day was a testament to the power of love, faith, and teamwork.
