From the traditional hymns of Brady and Tate to contemporary worship music, the message of Jesus' birth is shared through music. Let us remember the life-changing truth of Jesus' coming to die for us, and celebrate His birth with glorious Christmas music!

PRAY:

Heavenly Father, I give You praise and glory for sending Your Son, Jesus, to this world. I pray that I may draw nearer to You and experience Your love and grace. In Jesus' name, Amen.

MEDITATION:

We must take action to be free. We must obey God's instructions and follow the Holy Spirit's guidance. We must put God's Word into practice, not just hear or read it. We have the power to reject sin and pray for courage to take the freedom that Jesus died to give us. Dare to take it and rejoice in all that God has given us through Jesus.

PRAY:

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the precious gift of freedom You have bestowed upon us. We choose to use this freedom to do what is right and to follow the guidance of Your Holy Spirit. Give us the courage and strength to reject sin and to live according to Your will. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

Jesus is the Good Shepherd who knows and cares for His sheep. He is willing to give up His life for us, and provides us with a way to safety. He desires an intimate relationship with us, and if we trust Him, He will provide for us and guide us. He is our Shepherd, and we can choose to follow Him.

PRAY:

Dear Lord Jesus, thank You for being my guide and protector. I pray that I may be able to better understand Your will and be closer to You. May I be able to recognize Your voice and follow it faithfully. In Your name, amen.

This year has been hard with anxiety and depression. It's been a struggle to understand why these things happen. It's easy to try and explain them away, but like Job, we can find hope in knowing that God is always with us. Challenges just are, but God is too. He is the Creator and loving Sustainer of all life. Knowing this can give us hope to hold on.

PRAY:

O God, wrap us in your loving arms when we feel like we are slipping away from you and our joy. May we always feel your presence. Amen.

Let's come together as brothers and sisters in Christ and put an end to the gossip and backbiting that has become so common in our Church. This has caused division and kept people from attending services. Let's bring the love of Christ back into the Church. True agape love is unconditional and genuine. Show your love for others through your actions. May God bless us all.

PRAY:

Heavenly Father, help us to demonstrate the love of Christ to those around us, both in the world and in our Church family. Keep us from speaking ill of others and instead, let our words be encouraging, healing, and edifying. May we live in truth and love, in Jesus' name. Amen.

As Christians, we should strive to live a life that pleases God in all we do. We should recognize that there is no difference between the "ordinary" and the "holy" - all can be done for the glory of God. Let us choose to make all our activities sacred by doing them for His glory. Let us live a life worthy of the Lord.

Heavenly Father, we are so grateful for the lives you have given us and for creating us in your likeness. We strive to live holy lives and bring you glory in all that we do. May our actions be a reflection of your greatness, O God. We pray in Jesus' name, Amen.

God is sovereign over all. He uses even evil to bring glory to Himself and work all things for our good. We can trust Him to use suffering to turn it into something good. He is never frustrated by Satan's schemes, but uses them to further His kingdom.

PRAY:

I kneel in awe of Your divine power, O Lord. I praise You for all the glory, strength, and magnificence that is Yours. You alone have the power to take what is bad and turn it into something good for Your children and bring glory to Yourself. May it be so!

Train your body and mind to stay devoted to God. Persevere and remain faithful to Him. He rewards those who love Him with the crown of life.
