For its inaugural search, Miss Kabankalan 2026 begins not with small ambition, but with a clear standard: excellence, discipline, creativity, and purpose.
At the helm of this historic first edition is Rodney Mitz Ascalon of Team ACIDS Production, one of Negros Occidentalโs most respected names in pageant direction, festival production, choreography, and creative events management.
Mr. Ascalon brings with him a body of work built through years of directing and producing major cultural and pageant events across Negros. His creative hand has helped shape productions that combine spectacle with substance, polish with identity, and beauty with advocacy.
Among these is Lin-ay sang Negros, one of the provinceโs most prestigious pageant platforms, where Team ACIDS and Mr. Ascalon have been recognized for elevating the pageant experience through strong creative direction, elegant staging, and meaningful storytelling. His work in Lin-ay sang Negros reflects the kind of artistic discipline and production standard that Miss Kabankalan 2026 now brings to its very first edition.
