When we are tired, our instinct is often to retreat inward. But God calls us to do the opposite: to move toward Him. We do not have to carry the cross alone, because Jesus is always with us. When life becomes heavy, let us remember to find R.E.S.T in Him:
๐ฅ- Return to the Lord
E- Establish a good relationship with Him
๐ฆ-Seek His counsel
๐ง-Trust in the Lord with all your heart.
