Another friendly reminder lang po, especially to those who are new to the industry.

Please ensure that there is always a designated contact person who is present and readily available during ingress and the entire setup period. Kahit isa or dalawa lang po. This person should be authorized to answer questions, confirm details, and make decisions whenever necessary.

As suppliers, we rely on timely communication to complete our work efficiently. When no contact person is available, it often results in unnecessary delays, repeated follow-ups, and last-minute setup revisions that could have been avoided. These changes add extra pressure to every supplier, especially when we are working against strict venue timelines.

We respectfully ask that once a setup has been approved and executed according to the agreed plan, unnecessary revisions be minimized unless they are truly essential. Every change affects the schedule, manpower, and workflow of the entire team.

At the end of the day, we all share the same goal—to deliver a beautiful and successful event for our clients. Good coordination, clear communication, and mutual respect among all suppliers make that possible.

Friendly Reminders from Bridal Blooms Events Styling

To our valued clients,

To help us provide the best service possible, please take note of the following:

Early Ballroom Photo Shoot
If you are planning to have an early ballroom photo shoot before your event, kindly note that an additional fee will apply. Our styling team will need to report earlier than the standard call time to ensure that the venue is fully set up and photo-ready before your scheduled shoot.

The additional fee covers the extended working hours and the necessary meals (particularly breakfast) for our staff, allowing them to work efficiently and complete the setup on time.

After-Party Activities
If your event includes an after-party or any activity that extends beyond the agreed event schedule, an overtime fee will also apply. This covers the additional hours rendered by our team, who remain on-site to maintain, assist, and ensure that the styling elements are properly managed until the conclusion of the event.

Coordination with Other Suppliers
We also kindly encourage all event suppliers to coordinate their arrival times accordingly. When everyone starts on schedule, preparations are completed more efficiently, allowing us to deliver a seamless and enjoyable event experience.

Hi everyone,

I’ve posted about this twice already, and I’d like to clarify that this is not directed at any stylist, coordinator, or co-supplier whose egress extends beyond the scheduled time. We all understand that delays can happen.

My intention is simply to raise awareness among venues. Some venues have already implemented a policy of limiting after-parties until around 11:00 PM, especially when they know another event is scheduled the following day and supplier teams are waiting for early ingress.

I hope this message can serve as a reminder that while clients deserve to enjoy their celebration, suppliers also need sufficient time to ingress, set up safely, and deliver the best possible outcome for the next event.

This is not just on behalf of Bridal Blooms, but also on behalf of many suppliers who experience the same challenge. Hoping our concerns can be heard and considered. Thank you. ❤️❤️❤️

As members of the events industry, we all work toward one common goal: delivering beautiful, seamless, and meaningful celebrations for our clients. However, behind every successful event is a dedicated team working long hours before, during, and after the program.

With this, we would like to respectfully appeal to venues to consider extending supplier egress hours up to 11:00 PM, especially for events with after-parties or extended programs. This consideration becomes even more important when another event team is scheduled for an early ingress the following day.

We sincerely appreciate the venues in Pampanga that have already implemented more flexible egress arrangements, allowing suppliers enough time to dismantle setups properly, safely, and efficiently.

To our dear clients, we also hope you can take these operational requirements into consideration when planning your event timeline. Extended celebrations naturally require additional time for proper egress, and your understanding greatly helps suppliers perform their work without compromising safety or quality.

To our fellow stylists and event suppliers, let us continue to be responsible partners by providing adequate manpower, particularly during set-down and egress. Proper staffing allows for faster clearing, minimizes delays, and helps maintain good relationships with our venue partners.

The events industry thrives through cooperation, respect, and understanding. By working together, we can create a better environment not only for suppliers but ultimately for the clients we serve.
