The Experience Resorts is a unique brand of all-inclusive couples only, theme-based tropical resorts, which caters to broad verticals of specialty guests who purchase their “experience” months ahead of time, buy as part of a group, stay for a week and pay a premium to take part in an “event" vacation. r and entertainment features throughout the resort. Each property will contain a winding lazy river pool system flowing throughout the resort and through a daytime nightclub, the walls for which roll up in the evenings to form a sound stage which addresses the full resort. The Experience Resorts is designed to maximize the social energy of our customers, with great care and attention to entertainment spaces feeling popular but not overcrowded. The ideal property will feature 180 rooms, spread across two story villa units, adapted to connect to the lazy river system, allowing certain rooms to have direct access, inviting guests to stop by for an expansion of the social experience. The rooms themselves will be contemporary and luxurious, borrowing from best of breed hotels in this category. In order to keep customer ages as broad as possible to attract all groups, The Experience will feature three room types on all properties ranging in price from $495-$895 per night, less than competing brands in the Caribbean.
