في الأسبوع الثاني من ورشات قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات بولاية عبري، انتقل المشاركون إلى الجانب التطبيقي المكثف؛ حيث انخرطوا في تمارين عملية وحالات دراسية واقعية عززت لديهم مهارات اتخاذ القرار والتخطيط التشغيلي.
وقد تضمنت الورشات في هذا الأسبوع رحلة ميدانية لمشاريع ناجحة في القطاع، اتاحا للمشاركين لقاء أصحاب الأعمال والاستفادة من تجاربهم الملهمة، مما عزز بين المعرفة النظرية والواقع المهني، واكسبهم أدوات عملية للتميز في إدارة وتطوير مشاريعهم الخاصة.
“During the second week of the F&B sector workshops in Ibri, the program transitioned into an intensive practical phase. Participants engaged in hands-on exercises and real-world case studies, which enhanced their decision-making and operational planning skills.
The week’s activities also featured a field trip to Muscat with a successful projects within the sector. This provided participants with the opportunity to meet business owners and learn from their inspiring experiences, effectively bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and professional practice. Ultimately, this exposure equipped them with the practical tools necessary to excel in managing and developing their own ventures.”
