Welcome to The Space

Hidden amongst the native bush at The James Homestead, we've created a place where recovery meets nature.

With two traditional Finnish saunas, two cold plunges at different temperatures, a wellness yurt, changing rooms, cold outdoor showers, and a weekly schedule of yoga, Pilates, retreats and sound baths, everything here is designed to help you recover well, move well and live well.

Whether you're looking to improve your wellbeing, support longevity, or simply take an hour for yourself, you'll find your space here.

The James Homestead is also home to a beautiful venue for weddings, retreats and private events, complete with on-site catering, a florist and event management.
