Today’s the day — our very first walk-through. We can’t wait to scare… we mean see you tonight!
A few important notes for the evening:
📍 Location: 28 Denby Crescent, Tikipunga
🚪 Entrance: Please enter via Rishworth Drive
🚗 Parking: We kindly ask that you do not park on Rishworth Drive — it’s a small cul-de-sac and we want to ensure our neighbours can still access their homes.
🚻 Toilets: There will be NO toilet facilities available.
⏳ Waiting: If a line forms, please be patient and respectful. We’ll be taking groups through and will do our best to get everyone in!
📸 Photos: There will be a photo opportunity at the end of the walk through, if you don’t wish for your photo to be uploaded to our Facebook event page please let our volunteer know.
💵 Entry: Cash only — NO eftpos available.
💰 Entry: $2 per person
Walk through once or line up again for round two — it’s up to you! All proceeds will be donated to the I Have a Dream Charitable Trust NZ, with a huge shout-out to our sponsor Fusion Civil Limited, who will match every dollar raised 🙌🏻
🏆 Prizes: Best dressed and bravest on the night will be up for grabs, and everyone gets a sweet treat at the exit…
🧙♂️ Costumes: Not required, but highly encouraged! The spookier the better 😈
🏚️ Respect the Haunt: Please be mindful of our property, our amazing volunteer characters, and all of the decorations. This is a community event created for fun — let’s keep it that way!
🕔 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM — Little Trick or Treaters
Perfect for families and younger kids. No characters — just a fun, spooky walk-through to explore at your own pace. Ages 13 and under are welcome (depending on your scare level), but children under 10 must be supervised by someone 16+.
🕡 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM (possibly 8:30 PM if the scares keep rolling) — The Scare Zone
This is where things get darker… characters will be lurking, ready to make you jump 👀 This session is best suited for ages 13+, though kids 8 and over can join only if accompanied by an adult. Be warned — this one’s designed to give you frights you won’t forget 😈
⚠️ Walk-Through Rules
Please help keep the night safe and fun for everyone:
1. If you’d like to exit the walk-through, let the character tour guide know.
2. If you want the characters to stop, simply raise your hand and say “Stop.”
3. No touching props, decorations, or characters.
4. Be respectful of our property and neighbours.
