Yesterday we hosted the Northland Secondary School Sports - NSSSA Show Jumping- what a great day it was with some awesome riding and congratulations to all the teams and officials!

What a awesome day today at the Schools Teams Showjumping at Barge Park! Thanks to all that made the day possible and to all the officials.. full results and photos to come. But here are the top 6 placings

2nd - Kaitaia College One
3rd- Whangarei Girls High School Gold
4th - Otamatea High School
5th - Combined Gold- Otamatea/Excellere/Kaitaia Intermediate School

🎉 Congratulations to Jessica Meyer! 🎉

We’re thrilled to award Whangarei A&P Society’s $9,000 tertiary scholarship to Jessica Meyer from Tangiteroria.

With a strong dairy farming background, Jessica will study a Bachelor of Agriculture at Lincoln University next year. She impressed us with her leadership, community involvement, and down-to-earth attitude.

President Evan Smeath says Jessica’s humility, gratitude, and commitment to giving back made her a standout: “She’ll be a fantastic ambassador for the Society.”

The scholarship supports Northland students entering study across the primary industries and is paid over three years.
