This was made yesterday, an awesome order from Lorna Richardson for her son Tohes big 30th birthday.

This is a carrot cake with cream cheese filling. Frosted with red vanilla buttercream. Covered with a red bandana edible image. A white vanilla buttercream border and writing. Topped with a few ferrero rocher chocolates.

A recreation of the monster truck cake I was blessed to make last year for this little guys 4th, now the big 5! Ordered by the best Mamaa Martin

Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream. Oreo cookies and oreo cookie crumble. With edible images, monster trucks and hot wheels cars.

Kicking off with the cakes i made in August, these were personal made cakes for my mum and sisters birthdays.

A Pokémon themed cake for my sister Crystal Glendinning. This was a chocolate cake with Nutella buttercream filling, frosted in yellow vanilla buttercream and a green white chocolate drip. Finished off with a Pokémon happy birthday topper and starting Pokémon mini figures. (This cake was so yummy 😋)

For my amazing mother Angela Te Aroha Glendinning. A different style of cake, made on its side. A woodlands fairy hut themed cake. This was Funfetti cake with vanilla buttercream filling. A yellow vanilla buttercream coating with green vanilla buttercream grass and vines. With a white chocolate happy birthday circle for the door. Red edible roses and purple edible flowers decorations. Topped with a beautiful silver happy birthday topper.

These were enjoyed after a beautiful family dinner.

After 2 very busy months, I finally have time to post all the cakes ive had the absolute pleasure of making.

Starting off with a huge order of 3 cakes and 24 cupcakes for my beautiful niece and handsome nephews birthday back in july.

This was a challenging yet blessed learning curve, all completed in the same day for their amazing carnival themed birthday.

Starting with the yellow netball themed cake for my niece, it was a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream, covered in green and yellow vanilla buttercream, finished with netball edible images, and an assortment of sprinkles.

The purple saint row game themed cake for my nephew was also a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream, covered with purple and vanilla buttercream, finished with saint row edible images and 2 hot wheels cars.

Then a special carnival themed cake, this was a Funfetti cake (vanilla cake with sprinkles baked in it). With vanilla buttercream, decorated with an assortment of candy (crystal rock candy on the base, cherry twizlers, blue raspberry ropes, colorful gum balls, mini lollipops and 2 giant lollipops) and a caramel popcorn filled popcorn box.

And finally, 24 cupcakes of mixed flavors, chocolate, vanilla and Funfetti to match the cakes, with a beautiful red, yellow and white buttercream swirl, topped with sprinkles.

This was by far one of the biggest orders i have been blessed to do.

Two cakes done for my sister Hariata Glendinning and her partner Sam Darby birthdays.

Im am blessed to be able to be our families cake maker and be able to add a dollop of happiness to their special days! With only one day separating their birthdays this was a great way to make their days about themselves.

Starting with sams cake, this was a batman themed banana cake with chocolate buttercream filling and a yellow vanilla buttercream coating, with black cocoa chocolate buttercream borders. With a batman action figure as his topper.

Hariatas cake was my spin of the mini brands strawberry shortcake creations, that we love building together. This was 2 layers of sponge cake with whipped cream and strawberry jam. The strawberries were homemade chocolates filled with a vanilla and jam mix pudding, used to decorate the cake as fresh strawberries aren't in season at this time. With a little sprinkle of Cadbury flake on top.

Biggest Happy birthday to you both! I hope you both enjoyed your days and felt the love we all blessed you both with! Can't wait to see what we come up with for your cakes next year.

Absolutely blessed to be able to to this special cake for my cousins 18th birthday last friday!
Such a beautiful flower pattern stencil work in their village colour, orange.
Witha beautiful ribbon around the bottom of each tier.

This was a bottom tier of chocolate cake with whipped chocolate ganache filling, and a top teir of red velvet cake with whipped chocolate ganache filling. Coated in white vanilla buttercream and orange vanilla buttercream flower pattern.

A candy overload cake done yesterday for my little cousins 8th birthday 🎂

This is just a standard 6inch chocolate cake with 3 layers and chocolate buttercream with a chocolate ganache drip, absolutely smothered with lollipops and an assortment of candy.

Cakes like these are so fun to make! It brings out my inner child sometimes haha.
