For those who don't know him, this is Rohan Evans. He is a enthusiastic musical maestro who writes his own songs and plays guitar, drums, keys, sings (I'm sure he will tell me off for missing some more out).

I had the pleasure of supporting him at rockquest, sitting backstage with him making sure he was feeling good. Although he didn't place, he did a great job and I am sure he will do well next year. His original song had deep metaphorical lyrics with catchy melodies and great chords to set the harmonic tone.

He regularly plays at Mata Open mics which shows in his confidence on stage. Come along one night to see what he does!

I have no doubt you will all know his name in the coming years, he is a talent to look out for and comes with confidence, maturity and a passion for entertainment and music.

Kia Ora Whanau! The Food Truck Collective are back again tomorrow evening with great hot kai for all. Unfortunately Morfi is away for a few weeks, however we welcome Arohaina Kai into the collective with their delicious seafood kai and more!

Kia Ora everyone,

Today at 1:30pm at Baycourt Theatre in Tauranga, Rohan Evans will be due on stage at Smokefreerockquest. He is a very talented young man with amazing original writing ability and musical skills. We will be heading over to support him this afternoon and look forward to the performance.
