I'm sorry this has taken so long to email you, but I wanted to say a sincere thank you so much for making and serving such wonderful food at our wedding. You were a pleasure to deal with through the whole process and I had no doubts what so ever about the food or the service you would provide.

I'm sure there were plenty of little (or big) challenges or personalities that made the job more complicated than usual but you never let it show! A true professional. Helping with the clean up also saved a whole lot of stress for us as I knew I could trust your team. All your staff were so great to deal with on the day - everytime I asked a question they were polite and solved the problem immediately.

And to add to this, the food was so yum. So many people that I have spoken to about the wedding said it was super delicious and that it was the best food they have had at a wedding! I had an email just last week from one of Bevan's groomsmen that said the risotto was the best thing he ate during his whole 3 week trip back to NZ!!

Having you cater the wedding was probably the best decision we made on the wedding - it gave it a great flavour - both literally and figuratively it was our own personal flavour which is all the more special.

Just catered the Omaha Beach Lifesaving Club's AGM. Enjoyed the night. We nailed the menu with the highlight being Laraine Jacobs BBQ Lamb with Thai flavorings. Slow cooked for 3 hous. Always a winner. We call it Lamb Siam.
