From high school DJing in the 1980s, Helix discovered the rave scene in the early 1990s, bought some records and began DJing techno. He started producing his own music in 2003. Helix has performed at hundreds of shows all over New Zealand, and in the USA, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia. Playing bass-driven techno and house, Helix blends music from multiple genres into his sets. He broadcast on Radio Active as one of The Housing Project DJs for seven years, and DJed at their popular club shows (Laundry Cuba Street). Widely acclaimed for his phenomenal sets at Taniwha’s Den, AUM, The Gathering, and many other events, Helix is still a raver, continuing to push himself to improve. He’s looking forward to bringing back some classic house tunes at Nostalgia.

Dimension 2027 | Origins Edition is happening.

We set ourselves a clear line in the sand: 400 committed tickets by 1 September. We haven’t reached it.

In the weeks since setting that target, even more support has come together behind the scenes. Crew, artists, suppliers and people around Dimension have continued to step forward to help find a way to make Origins happen - giving us a path forward that wasn’t there when we set the 400-ticket goal.

And 270 of you stepped up when we asked you to. That commitment mattered. It gave us the confidence and the momentum to keep finding a way forward.

We’re opening the valley.

Origins Edition brings Dimension back to its core. Four days together in the Northland wilderness, with Astral Arena as the beating heart of it all. Hand-built, projection-mapped from floor to roof and powered by full OPUS sound. The river, the camping, the crew, the familiar faces that makes Dimension what it is. And a lineup that’s only getting started.

Trance is the air I breathe.
Since the early 2000s, I’ve been inhaling trance — a lifelong obsession that has taken me around the world in pursuit of unforgettable sounds, experiences and epic journeys.
Inspired by artists such as Above & Beyond, Ferry Corsten, Lange, Bart Claessen and Darren Tate, my sets are all about taking people on a journey. From uplifting melodies and euphoric breakdowns to driving, hands-in-the-air moments, I love building a story through trance and creating that feeling where the music, the crowd and the moment become one.
My passion for the scene has seen me experience some of the world’s biggest trance events, including GlobalGathering, Transmission, Dreamstate and Luminosity — soaking up the atmosphere and inspiration from some of the best dance floors on the planet.
Back home in New Zealand, I’ve played across the country and continue to bring my love for proper trance to dance floors nationwide. Most recently, I had the honour of opening for trance legend Lange, a milestone that perfectly reflects the journey this music has taken me on.
Now, I’m focused on bringing those epic trance journeys back to my home city of Wellington — creating memorable nights, connecting with fellow trance lovers and keeping the spirit of the music I love alive.

G!psy Dragon is the progressive psytrance project of South African-born, New Zealand-based DJ Kyle Store.

Shaped by many years spent on dancefloors across South Africa and New Zealand, his sound draws from the uplifting, psychedelic and deeply communal spirit that first connected him to the culture. Behind the decks, G!psy Dragon combines rolling basslines, hypnotic grooves and playful psychedelic detail creating sets that carry real power without losing their color, movement or sense of fun.

His approach is built around progression rather than constant escalation. Bouncy, melodic passages give way to deeper grooves and purposeful drive, with moments of tension, release and reflection carefully placed throughout. Every track has a role, allowing the story to unfold naturally while remaining responsive to the energy of the room.

G!psy Dragon, evolving as an artist brings a clearly defined sound, genuine intention and a lifelong dancer’s understanding of what makes a floor connect.

Meet Bevan, aka SHaManiK_BunnY.

His love affair with psytrance began at the early age of 12 through the hypnotic rhythms of Infected Mushroom and Timecode, later on growing up immersed in Cape Town’s thriving outdoor scene — a true psy-haven where he spent 8+ years soaking up local festivals before being drawn to travel the globe, experiencing some of the psy calendar’s most prestigious events along the way. Every dancefloor, every sunrise set, every shared moment has been folded into a uniquely energetic and multi-dimensional delivery.

After settling in New Zealand and stepping behind the decks, his sound naturally gravitated toward the heart-filled, high-energy pinnacle of any event: Uplifting Full-On — but with a twist.

True to his name, Bevan’s carved out a melodic niche all his own, blending two sides into one signature sound:

🌑 The SHaManiK side — deep tribal, borderline primal melodies and bass that flirt with the edges of dark-psy, while keeping the energy elevated.
🐇 The BunnY side — fluffy, goa-inspired flowing melodies and ecstatic peaks that lift the floor.
Together, they cultivate something enthrallingly electric in the 142–148 BPM range — a sound you can’t help but get lost in.
