The good old days. Like The Italian Connection, it started well and I thank all my customers and "likes" for your support. Come winter though, numbers were down for several weeks sò I've taken a break to reassess where I go and what I do from here. This has been a great lesson in just how hard, small business is. I did not want my passion to become a nightmare so I have made the difficult call to have a break. To the market vendors, B from Garuda Truck, Hasan from Zaffran Wraps, Dean Moriarty st The Seafood caravan , your help, advice and mentorship was wonderful. You guys are legends. To all those wonderful people I have met from Wellington (James, you're a legend, Kate, Jonty Clode, Tom Christie and others whor names I can't recall), Claudio Regini from Italy and all those other internaional visitors, a huge thank you. grazie to you all. It is still my passion and I will still be around. If you would like me to deliver meals or cater for you, it would be my absolute pleasure.
