A beautiful February wedding filled with joy, happiness, and elegance. There's something special about that just married feeling - walking out surrounded by family and friends, bouquet in hand, dress lifted, and not a worry in the world.
L&R were just so lovely to work with - warm and completely smitten with each other. It made being part of their day all the more special.
We loved creating this soft, romantic bouquet - layers of white delicate texture.

Getting our ducks in a row for this fairytale moment.

We loved designing these bouquets for such a beautiful couple! The happiness between them is undeniable and beautifully captured by the very talented
Soft romantic and full of texture complimented S's dress perfectly. And just to clarify.... the bouquet wasn't picked from the botanical gardens. And then the ducks, the sweetest little moment.
Truly a joy to be a small part of such a beautiful day.

We had so much fun bringing this brief to life.

Inspired by our beautiful NZ native birds, these chandelier hoops were all about texture and layers of lush greenery. We used ruscus, fern, manuka, branches covered with moss, rimu, and kauri. And hanging amaranthus. Its price feels a bit like petrol these days - you know it's expensive but just can't resist using it. But so glad we did, it just added that extra drama.

Getting the hoop arrangements into the car.... now that was an adventure 😅 Safe to say, along with a bigger shop, a bigger car might be on the wish list too!

A huge thank you to for securing these safely to the marquee ceiling - my worst nightmare would be something coming loose mid-event, so I was very grateful for their expertise.

It was a true honour to create the final farewell for a very special and long-standing member of the Flowers Rediscovered family.
For many years, Mrs S supported Flowers Rediscovered even when the business changed hands over 11 years ago. Her encouragement never wavered, quietly standing in our corner.
She had a remarkable love for life - vibrant, intelligent, and always interesting. Her ability to retell stories with such detail and precision always amazed us. We were privileged to attend her service and learn even more about her extraordinary life.
Creating her farewell flowers felt deeply personal.
Goodbye, Mrs. S, you will be missed

This was our first wedding at Erskine Chapel since it has re-opened after careful restoration and preservation - and wow, what a beautiful sight it was. The team involved have done an incredible job honouring every breathtaking detail.
Originally part of the Catholic girl's college (with the college now gone but the chapel lovingly retained), Erskine Church continues to hold so much history, new welcoming couples of all denominations beneath its stunning stained glass windows.
We absolutely loved creating florals for R& V's special day- a brief filled with garden blooms, soft, airy texture, and a natural, romantic colour palette that sat so beautifully against the stained glass backdrop.

What a gorgeous time to get married. We had the pleasure of creating these beautiful bouquets for a lovely couple. Peonies, roses, eucalyptus, and lisianthus are such a romantic, dreamy combo. The wedding took place at Gear Homestead. The out look and gardens were just divine
