The Chef's Table is a winter apres-ski pop-up restaurant and we're looking for an enthusiastic, fit, hard-working kitchen hand. Applicants need to be well presented with a positive, can-do attitude.

Role includes:
Washing up
Kitchen cleaning duties
Vegetable preparation - peeling, chopping etc
5 shifts a week from 3pm to 11pm

This is a super exciting role organising weddings and events at some of the most beautiful locations in the world.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲
This position requires an experienced, well-presented professional.
• Solid hospitality experience either within events or restaurants service industry
• Exceptional people skills with the ability to relate to clients and staff alike
• Experience in roster creation and team leadership and management
• Communicating with clients, quoting, creating detailed run sheets
• Arranging client tastings, meetings, liaising with kitchen team
• Full wedding planning and event planning
• Venue styling and liaising with other event suppliers
• Marketing all aspects of the business, good social media knowledge creative computer-generated artwork a bonus
• Excellent email writing communication with attention to detail
• Duty managers certificate a bonus / training offered
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
Most importantly a hands-on roll up the sleeves can do approach to the role!
Full time position, competitive rate of pay depending on experience.

We also manage the Olive Grove wedding Venue and operate the popular winter pop up restaurant “The Chefs Table” at the iconic Rippon Hall.
