Yay it’s Spring next month. Can’t wait! Our high teas kick into action so we’re busy testing new recipes and reinventing classics and crowd pleasers. You’d never know these Coronation chicken and rocket wraps were gluten free.

Feeling a bit sad today as old age has caught up with Iggy my piggy. She suddenly went downhill, was not happy, was not able to walk, and so had to be put down. Now I have to find a new best friend for her paddock pal.
