For those who don't know me, I'm Bianca – an experienced Events Manager with a love for project management, detailed planning, and bringing dream celebrations to life. I'm a firm believer in love, fairy tales, and the magic that happens when every little detail comes together perfectly. And yes, I'm definitely a lists girl! There is nothing I love more than turning a vision into a beautifully organised reality.

Alongside wedding planning and coordination services, Serene Occasions offers tables, chairs, linen, and event styling essentials to help create memorable celebrations throughout the Wellington region.

Weddings, flowers, love… I am completely in my element

After focusing so heavily over the past 3 years on growing and nurturing our beautiful wedding venue at Aston Norwood, I have finally made the decision to shift gears and step back into another space that fills my heart with so much joy… flowers and styling through Serene Occasions.

And I am SO excited to officially announce that I have re-registered my account with our local flower market again

This feels incredibly special for me.

Our systems, processes and team at Aston Norwood are now in such a beautiful place that I finally feel ready to pour more creativity, passion and floral magic back into my own journey again.

For years, our Aston Norwood couples have had the privilege of having me all to themselves… and now I’m ready to open my calendar to even more beautiful couples across the Wellington region
