A well deserved shout out to Flowers On Pollen in Thames for their awesome customer service.

Recently, I was organising an Industry Training Organisation graduation.

I wasn’t happy with the centrepieces for the tables I had organised and at very short notice (same day in fact), I turned up at 9.00am as the doors were opening at Flowers on Pollen to see what they could do to help me.

Jacqui and Heidi were amazing. I explained to them my predicament and asked them if they could provide 20 flower posies for table centrepieces by 4pm that day.

My heart thumped loudly while I waited for their response – the success of my event was now riding on their response. Jacqui looked at me for a short while and then said ‘YES, we can do that’.
Not only did they meet this request at short notice, but they delivered the most beautiful posies, each one was different and they went the extra mile by letting me borrow 20 vases for each posy.

Their service was above and beyond and they made my event a huge success.

The graduates loved the flowers with most people taking them home at the end of the graduation. Happy graduates = happy event organisor.

Having awesome contacts in the conference and event industry is so important to the success of a great event.
