Last year we bought and took over the beautiful gentian farm in Clifden. One season has past and we are sitting here reflecting.

We love this farm for it's beauty and magic but most of all for it's endless potential.

But we are feeling tired of juggling 2 lifestyle properties, working double jobs and raising a superstar. Motivation started slipping away on us. Our house hasn't sold and we are feeling a bit stuck in the middle.

So we are trying something else. We have decided to offer the farm up for sale.

So if you are looking for a slice of paradise, a gentian farm or have always wanted a church of your own, now is your chance.

It's been a big week getting our life sorted. First week at school for our big 5 year old. This routine thing is definitely going to take a bit of getting used! He seems to be settling in good and enjoying it tho!

The pink gentians have started and this marks the beginning of the end of the season.

Some demolition has started at the house. And we found a second hand kitchen on trade me which we managed to score for $2.50 🙌

And I think we have our egg saga sorted 🤞 I don't want to jinx it but it's starting to look good! We have fenced of part of their area as the cheeky girls were laying a stray! Here we were thinking they are taking their time to settle in at their new place of residence...
Next problem when and how will we find all those eggs that have gone missing! This is going to be one stinking problem some day 🤦‍♀️

I've started labeling my dahlias as it feels like that first frost might not be all that far away.
Yesterday I found my self a new vase at a garage sale and these dahlias are just a perfect match for it 🌸

Pretty in Pink! Bunches available in the stall too if you wanted some gentian in your life! Pink gentians are the last to flowers. So the start of the pinks is the beginning of the end... get them while you can 🌸
