It’s Thursday already! 🙌🏽

We have Lū Sipi on the menu today as we continue celebrating the beautiful Tongan language and culture. 🇹🇴 Lū Sipi is a Tongan favourite made with lamb, taro leaves and creamy coconut goodness.

Add a piece or two of taro and a punnet of raw fish and you’re good to go! 😍👌🏽

Thank you to our Fuimaono and Sinclair families for choosing Hilltop to cater for Willie’s final farewell. 🤍🕊️

It was an honour to play a small part as your families came together to celebrate Willie’s life, share precious memories, and farewell a loved one so dear. 🙏🤍

Kia Orana & Happy Saturday! 🌺

We’ve been a little quiet on our socials this week — but that’s only because we’ve been BUSY behind the scenes!🙌🏽

A huge meitaki ma’ata to everyone who placed orders with us this week to recognise and celebrate Cook Islands Language Week 🇨🇰🌺. Alongside all your orders, we’ve also had a funeral catering this week, so our Hilltop kitchen and crew have definitely been kept on their toes!

And a massive BIG UPS to our Hilltop crew!❤️ Working hard to keep our front of shop running while also getting our catering gigs out the door. We appreciate the hard work and hustle from everyone.
