a small intimate whanau xmas for the Ngaki and carter whanau i fogot to take photos of all the beautiful kai we made for them. The christmas cranberry and walnut stuffin to the citrus and herb chicken and those sweet n sour meatballs what a hit, beef roast, Caramilised almonds on beans, and so much more.. We had a desert bar too. Need a personal photographer as we often get so busy we forget to take photos of our kai 🤦‍♀️

Welcome to our small events and catering page. My name is Selina Leota and i am of Te Whanau A Apanui, Ngati Porou and Whakatohea decent currently living amongst the people of Waitaha, Te Puke. I started doing small events 6 years ago and created a fb page under SJC Event's 3 years ago with the the interruption of covid I placed our events page on hold. Recently I started again but with the addition of Jack's Catering run by Jackie Marsh is of Pirirakau Decent living locally. Jackie has been working in the food industry for many years and both of us have worked together in commercial kitchens, Catering and Canteens so it made sense to merge our 2 businesses together and rename ourselves "The 2 Ngati Events and Catering Service". Our aim is to be of service to our people offering Beautiful Kai, elegant styled corporate and personal events 100 and under delivering top professional service at good competitive rates. Beautiful day here in the bay. Te Puke coming through with that good weather. We have been booked for 2 Christmas parties 🥳 10th and the 15th December. Best part about our job is meeting all the amazing people and been able to take bookings from anywhere. Just got back from Motiti Island where I was able to speak with our clients and do all the bookings out on the Island. Have an event you need catered or tables you want dressed or both pm us today! have a great day.

Beautiful day at Hei Marae. Today event instructions were to cater for 50 people there was more people then expected and luckily for the whanau myself and Jacks always cater for more so at the end we still had a bit of Kai left over our clients feedback was they were really impressed and loved how everything turned out and we do too (just humbly lol). Todays event we went for a Flax theme, white table cloths and table chair covers, Kai we did the 2 meat package, inclusive of morning tea and refreshments option 1 which consists of 2 hot vege, Baked mint rice, 4 salads, apple n mixed berry crumble w Custard and cream Jacks and i had a super successful day. Time for a cuppa tea and put our feet up.... That is until we got to unload and unpack do all the washing and do it all again .. love what we do! Another Weekend another event. Table Set up and prep work for 50 person Hui back here Hei Marae such a beautiful Marae and those Kitchen facilities are world class. Going for a flax theme white table cloths and chair covers. gong to look fab watch this space whanau

Special event for one of our own. Isaia coming of age celebrations of course when your mum does events you know the set up is going to be epic. Great night had by all @ big thanks to Jollygreen Balloons. Happy 21st to our 3rd eldest child Isaia. Want the look DM us today.

40th Wedding anniversary we recently did. The instructions were small and intimate not too over the top. Safe to say our whanau was happy with what we came up with. Picts were our clients as we were so busy with set up and cooking we forgot to take some snaps 🥴😂
