Just spent 4 amazing hours with our event crew walking out every inch of Arawa Park Hotel Rotorua, envisioning and familiarising the team with the spaces.

Lots of great new ideas have been rattled up and we're super excited to be starting our creative process to bring it all to life.

Stay tuned and make plans to have a spectacular weekend.

✨ Friday Night Has Evolved... ✨
If you've joined us before, one of the biggest changes for 2027 is Friday night.

In previous years, Friday evening (Creatures of Atlantis) ran from 8.00pm until 11.00pm, with everyone gathering around the pool for an evening of music and dancing.

This year, with a new venue, we've completely reimagined the experience.

🕡 The Nautilus Society Promenade.
Join us from 6.30pm, your evening begins with our promenade.
Mingle and reconnect with friends, while joining a complimentary drink and some light nibbles, admire incredible costumes, explore the themed spaces, take photos, and soak up the atmosphere before the ballrooms open.

Then, from 8.00pm until 11.00pm, your adventure continues with two completely different ballroom experiences running at the same time.
