The Finished Metamorphosis.

A manifestation of permanence and fragility. What began as the heavy, unyielding texture of raw natural marble has been translated into an edible, sculptural form. Encased within our bespoke archival box, each piece is sealed with a custom VECETO chocolate coin infused with red peppercorn and raspberry, finished with delicate edible silver.

This creation represents the core of our gastronomy practice, where spatial precision meets the ephemeral beauty of botanical and inclusive design.

Structural Fluidity.

A moment of kinetic energy frozen in deep botanical pigment. This installation juxtaposes the architectural fragility of the white honeycomb structure against the dense, roasted fibre of the foundation. Spiced infusion and marinated textures create a sensory landscape where gravity and form intersect. We design spaces meant to be experienced and then vanish.

Most see the final plate. I see the architecture of the evening. It starts with a sketch, a texture, or the way light interacts with a specific surface.

I am Kerstin, and as the Artistic Director of .studio, I’ve dedicated my practice to the intersection of sensory design and immersive gastronomy. This space is my personal archive, a place to document the research, the materials, and the "why" behind our productions.

To me, gastronomy is more than service; it’s a narrative. It’s the scent of the room, the choreography of the evening, and the intentionality of the table.
