Taupo! Nice little warm up at Finn's Bistro & Beer Garden last night, looking forward to hitting the stage again tonight AND Sunday night. Some special guests sitting in too. We get asked for wagon wheel a lot, as I'm sure most bands do unfortunately. We don't play it, and this lovely group of ladies up the front here at the Mount Mellick on Saturday night asked for the song. I politely declined and we carried on playing. Towards the end of the first set one of them said "we understand now why you don't play that song, you guys are awesome" so I thanked her then decided it was story time lol. We are blessed to have versatility in spades with our lineup so here's a little explanation about that. Will post some actual playing footage as soon as I figure out how to share decent sized videos on here lol.
