Tauranga BLUES JAM Where blues-lovers gather on the second Wednesday of each month (except January) to enjoy and/or play great blues. See y'all.

Bookings for spots, call/txt Simon 027 247 7767 Tauranga Blues Jam is open to all who would like to perform blues material - whether it be solo (with or without backing), duo or full band. Just give us a call (preferably two weeks ahead if requiring backing) so we can schedule you in. More often than not we end up with a full program for the night but occasionally there is room for more casual jammers. Of course we are also there for followers - without whom it would not work!

Morning to all the Tauranga Blues Jammers. Another awesome night of great music and talent on display. Thanks go out to first timers at the jam Patrick and Jana, along with the SASS girls. I also want to mention the DGM Roots band, Billy Mac. A big welcome back to Robert Lock with his Locked n Loaded band being Adam Pendred, Sly and of course Robert. Also thanks to Craig Norman and Hilary for being so patient and performing late in the evening. It was worth waiting for. Many thanks to Cheryl for accepting donations at the door.A tireless and thankless job but much appreciated. A big shout out to the house band Chill Factor ( Ken Green, Glenn Pottier, Mike Butler, Jimi Tepene and Simon Fenlon) for supplying the backline and organising the whole night. Lastly thanks to all those non musos who support the jam night every month. See you all next month. Cheers on behalf of Chill Factor
